Thank you for your interest in Pacific Galleries Pickup and Delivery services. If you would like us to pick up your items for auction consignment, call 206.441.9990 to schedule a time and day for our 16-foot truck and team of movers to come to your location. You don't need to pay for this service in advance; we will deduct moving charges from your earnings, which will be reflected on the settlement statement you will receive with our payment to you after your items are sold (please refer to the Consignment Agreement for terms).
To prepare for pick up, we suggest you tag your items with a small colored sticker or removable label with your name, and wrap and pack them. With some preparation on your part you can save time and money on the day of the pick up. If your consigned items include pieces of exceptional antiquity, fragility or value, we strongly suggest you wrap these items in bubble wrap. For fine art, brittle surfaces should be faced with sheets of cardboard before wrapping. Our movers take the utmost care, but cannot be held responsible for fragile items that are not pre-wrapped for transport.
As your items are received into inventory by our staff, they will be tagged with your consignor number and a property receipt will be filled out. This receipt must be signed and dated by both parties before our staff leaves your location.
Our time is calculated from when our truck arrives at your location to when it leaves. We charge one dollar per mile to cover the cost of gasoline; however, if the pick up location is within five miles of Pacific Galleries, we generally waive the mileage fee. If your location requires ferry travel, an additional flat rate fee of $135 applies.
For your convenience, we also offer wrapping and packing services. If you request packing services, we will send one of our trained staff members prior to your scheduled pick up day to prepare your items for removal to the Pacific Galleries auction showroom.
$75/hour for 16' truck plus two men
$115/ hour for 16' truck plus two men
$25/hour (two hours minimum) plus materials (not exceed $25 except under special circumstances)

$1 per mile for locations outside the greater Seattle area
