This reputation and mutual dedication allows us to offer Premier Art & Antiques actions and General auctions every month. These auctions, which are open to the public, bring in over 200 new customers and consignors a month and have made us a destination as well as a valuable service for the Pacific Northwest. On-site previews for all our auctions are held prior to the auction on Friday from noon to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Our Premier auctions have printed catalogs with color photographs, in addition to being posted online and on Artfact.com, which allows for live online bidding and exposes consignment lots to a global audience of over 500,000 registered bidders. For those who cannot attend the auction in person, absentee and phone bids are also welcome!
Our Marketing Department works on a multi-tier marketing approach working with a dedicated in-house graphics department. We have marketing budgets for each of our locations and business units that we use to take advantage of print media, radio, TV, trade journals and focus particular attention on the internet and our website that draws a great deal of traffic on a daily basis. We also have an extensive mailing list that we use on a regular basis to communicate our activities to our customers.
Our Research and Appraisal Department is comprised of experienced, accredited appraisers who use the internet and our comprehensive library for providing knowledgeable and appropriate information in order to sell or appraise items in our care. Our Information Technology Department is a strong support network for our internal and external activities and keeps us on the cutting edge of the latest and greatest technologies at our disposal to include live online bidding and an elaborate database system to allow accurate and comprehensive reporting for our consignors and buyers.
